It's been a year since Dusk Shine's coronation and many years since Artemis return from his banishment and Night-terror Nebulous is long gone. However, the stars are telling him something. That some pony that he loves has appeared again. However, another evil wants to use her for their own means. He must correct his mistakes before she is lost to him forever.

Shining Star is unique. So is her sister, Midnight Flower. Star is an alicorn. Midnight is an Earth Pony. Both live in the Everfree Forest. But their family is made up of the forest most deadly creatures. Timberwolves, Hydra, a Manticore, and the wise Phoenix.

Star and Midnight live in harmony with the forest. Nothing is out of balance for this peace. But those who enter the forest follow one rule: Take what you need but not of greed, else
the forest shall make you bleed. If you follow the rules then the Animals will not kill you.

One hundred years ago, Twilight Sparkle gave her life to defeat Grogar, the Tyrant of Tambelon. But legend says that she will return, in Equestria's time of greatest need.

Thunder Shield, the last survivor of a destroyed people, is Princess Luna's student, but he is morose and moody, unable to move past his grievous losses and afraid to form new bonds with other ponies. He opens his heart only to Princess Luna and to his fairy friend Kenzi, another orphan of the world who has no idea of where she came from.

When Grogar returns to wreak his vengeance, Thunder must thaw out his frozen heart and open it to other brave ponies if he is to stand against the cruel tyrant. With only a ragtag squad of Royal Guards and a time-travelling Twilight Sparkle to aid him, Thunder Shield must rediscover the magic of friendship to save Equestria from darkness and despair.

Solutions to war, famine, disease and societal collapse are not easily happened upon. For Celestia and Luna, the solution was a mystery for eons, until their top six battle mages forged a plan from their very essence. To unite their absolute individual powers into one worthy host. One who could put an end to the horrors plaguing the budding nation of Equestria.

Only one pony was ever worthy. His deeds and heroism ultimately culled evil and hatred from Equestria and allowed peace to reign. After this achievement, the power vanished of its own accord upon the natural death of its wielder.

However, it seems that something in the shadows has provoked the lost power's return in the form of a new carrier, and she's going to find out her true destiny through a series of literal trials by fire.

There is a lost prophecy of the immortal Royal Seasons of Equestria. The Four Alicorns of the Seasons unite with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna for the Centennial of Seasons, to maintain the balance of nature in Equestria.

Now a newly crowned princess, Twilight Sparkle, as well as her friends, recently find out that the Winter Alicorn, Winter Winds, or Elsa, is jealous that all of Equestria neglects her winter beauty over the cold winds, threatening to plunder Equestria in eternal winter.

Along with Discord, Big MacIntosh and the Spring Alicorn, Tulip Rose, or Anna, the Elements of Harmony attempt to find Elsa, before Equestria is Frozen forever.
