This story is a sequel to Tales of the Sea

Pine, a young Changeling, is lovestruck. He dreams of becoming a pony so that he can be accepted by his true love. Living on the outskirts of Ponyville, Pine meets somepony who just might be able to grant his wish. Be careful what you wish for.

This story uses the trio Apple Fritter, Raindrops, and Sea Swirl from my Tales of the Sea story. The story starts some time before Princess Cadence and Shining Armor's wedding.

Three months have passed since Discord turned against the princesses. Three months have passed since both Luna and Celestia disappeared from existence.

Three months have passed since Princess Eclipse was born.

After finally defeating Discord and bringing peace back to the land, the fused alicorn sisters live alongside her subjects, ensuring that the calm and free feeling stays over Equestria. But no matter how hard one may try, peace will only last for so long.

The great Gods of War have broken free of their prison, and threaten to take back the world which they once ruled. What is their connection with Discord? And will Eclipse be strong enough to fight all of them?

Part 2 of the Eclipseverse

War has come to Equestria. Changling hordes have wiped several major cities off the map in one night of bloodshed and destruction, and are now marching towards the total destruction of Equestria itself; on their own they were powerful, but somehow they have also enlisted legions of the most dangerous monsters in the world to fight at their side.
The townsfolk all fight valiantly, but against such odds they can only lose ground to the ever growing enemy; to make matters worse, the elements of harmony are scattered throughout the land and cut off from each other. With both princesses injured in the opening battles, the call goes out for all able bodied stallions to join the military and defend their homes or perish like those before them.

Twisted Spare, while studying a book of myths, comes across a terrible prophesy: the ancient evil of Queen Husk, once sealed inside Queen Chrysalis’s heart by the Elements of Unity, is predicted to emerge as a twin to an unloved Goddess—on the date of the coming Change Carnival! Despite her student's worries, the Queen sends Twisted and her assistant, Gaze the cockatrice, out to the hamlet of Fangville, where she is to oversee the preparations of the Carnival.

Where she will meet five certain Changelings that will change her life her forever…

Ditto, a changeling from the attack on Canterlot, is flung far from her home and lands in Ponyville. She crashes into Twilight's library, and finds it a nice place to stay, quiet, abandoned, and peaceful. Until, of course,Twilight returns from Canterlot and finds her.

How will Ditto survive? She is lost, hungry, and far from her swarm.

Will the ponies find it in their hearts to help this poor, injured creature?
