A new challenge faces the family of Princess Twilight Sparkle when a protest leader and his group decide to confront and attack Nyx, the princess's daughter with a past identity. Throughout the aftermath, the family tries to remain strong for each other, but not without the help of their closest friends, those from beyond Equestria, and one mare's especially more caring actions and emotions. Will the family manage their way through to the end, or will the trials be more than anypony can take?

This story is inspired by multiple real life events and the television series, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and also continues with the MLP + Taismo series following after Twilight's Kingdom: Unite & Ascend. The title and theme is inspired from the song "Battery" by Metallica.

Teen rating and Dark tag used for content of child abuse and attacking. Romance tag for romance between already established and newly developing couples.

It's Hearth's Warming Eve and Fluttershy's gift from Aunt Luna is a nutcracker. Her aunt tells her that he is under a curse, cast by an evil monster called the Chaos King.

She doesn't believe her until night falls and the Chaos King comes with his army. Shrunk in the battle, Fluttershy must venture with the nutcracker into the Land of Sweets to defeat the Chaos King and break his evil spells.

An MLP twist on "The Nutcracker."

Welcome to JAGFest 2014!

The inter-dimensional tribute band, the Team JAG Band, returns to Equestria for several days of rocking out with ponies familiar or newly befriended. Princess Twilight, her family and her friends accompany them as they travel across the great pony nation for fun, excitement, unity, all with the harmonic sounds of music. At the same time, Tails and Cosmo, best friends of Ponyville's most recognized heroes and alicorns, get to discover Equestria even greater than before, and witness their worlds coming closer together in the process. Together, they make history as Equestria hosts a series of festivals like never before.

Crossover tag for Tails and Cosmo of Sonic X, as well as all other characters outside of My Little Pony.

When Equestria seemed lost, Lord Tirek puts Princess Twilight, her friends and all of Equestria in a position of life or death with the use of a certain filly's life. With the help of two visitors from beyond their world, Twilight's daughter returns to safety, Tirek faces his greatest challenge, and new powers are born for our heroes. In the end, justice is served, bonds are strengthened, and peace returns to the land, but at what cost?

This is a crossover/alternate universe retelling of the climax of Twilight's Kingdom, and the first full story written following previously reading Past Sins by the great Pen Stroke. This story serves as the semi-introduction for combining the Past Sins story line with the canon story line
