Bezel is certain that nothing can stop the prophecy from coming to pass, not even the Magic of Friendship. But Discord is certain that Friendship is stronger than Bezel thinks, and that there is still one last chaotic spanner in the works to disrupt the prophecy.

His experiments on magic, his newfound interest attracts attention to himself despite his desire to remain hidden.

When Twilight accidentally opened portals into Equestria, one was in Tartarus and accidentally released Tirek into the human world along with all of Ponyville and the magic turned the humans into ponies. With Tirek on the loose, the humans and ponies have to work together to defeat Tirek and save both their worlds.

But even with everything running smoothly, in the world of light there will always be a shadow that lurks beneath. The ancient darkness of Equestria, which was believed to be a little more than a fairy tale and known only by those whose lifetime transcends the Two Sisters, is about to re-emerge and has found itself agents through whom to execute its will.

Will the power of friendship be enough to stop the darkness, when there is no light to take its place?
