Deep below the catacombs of Canterlot castle lies the crystal caverns where the most greediest of unicorns go in search of power and gems, but as legend goes that any who enter never come out. Just below the surface is a long and forgotten city of towering black structures which have lain dormant for many millennia, but recent disturbances caused by diruptive forces and a new found hate the forgotten city slowly awakens to counteract this new foe, this.......Love.

After a night of drinking, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash speculate on two of their absent friends.

Tank and Angel have always been odd friends; after all, what's more different than a tortoise and a hare? But after their lovestruck moms decide to move in together, both creatures are forced to live together in Fluttershy's cottage. Surely, with two wonderful mothers and lots of attitude, the pets will find many adventures their way; most of them just as ridiculous as the pair themselves.

This story is a sequel to "Living the present, hoping for the future,", but it isn't a necessary read. Still, I would take a look at it; it will clear up a lot of things in this story.

Twilight Sparkle never meant to do anything wrong. But then again, all magical mistakes are caused by ponies who have no idea what happened. That's why they're called mistakes. The only difference with Twilight's mistake is that it accidentally sort of turned her into Princess Celestia. And now she doesn't know how to change back.

Spike only wants things to stay the same. Time, however, has other ideas. He's going to need a lot of help... An everypony story.

Rainbow Dash finally did it! A sonic rainboom on command! Except she also managed to break every window in Applejack's farmhouse in the process. Now she has to pay for each one, and with her wages from managing the weather not nearly enough to cover the damage, she has to work on Applejack's farm for two whole weeks!
Talk about cruel and unusual punishment. Still, maybe it wouldn't be all bad. At least she would get to hang out with her friend AJ right? Wrong.
