Twilight demands a rematch against Rainbow Dash swearing she's better at soccer than she was before. The game eventually turns into a soccer lesson, which would be fine if only she could actually focus on the actual lesson and not on the body of her instructor.

Twilight and her friends are approached by Princess Luna who presents them with a set of questions that trigger a long and perilous journey.

Did you ever stop to wonder what became of Trixie, Gilda and Blueblood after your encounters? What did these episodes truly mean to you? What role will they yet play in the lives of the Elements of Harmony?

Last, are these questions as relevant as the journey towards the answers? Who will benefit from seeking these answers - you, them, or I?

Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash have been hanging out a lot lately. But that's just because they're such good friends, right?

The Battle of the Bands had been a week prior and the Sirens were not taking it well. Without the ability to feed, they can't survive very long. Deciding to just wait for their time to come, the sisters spend their last night out at a restaurant, dealing with the symptoms of their hunger. They were expecting the Grim Reaper to come for them, scythe in hand. They were not expecting someone else to show up.

No one can make you change but yourself.

Before Nightmare Moon, before Equestria, before the Alicorn sisters moved the Sun and the Moon in the sky, there was Luna.

Luna, and Celestia. Two ponies left alone by a twist of fate that came too soon.

In order to survive, the sisters leaned on each other. They became close, closer than any sisters could ever be.
