Trixie is still getting used to be part of a family, even if it is just her and Twilight, so can she open her heart to two more members of her newly acquired family? Amanda was never a very popular girl. She was always too strange, too eccentric, and her obsession with a TV show from years ago certainly didn't help. She lived a fairly bland, lonely life, but she never would have said she was unhappy if you asked her.

That all changes when she wakes up to find herself transported into that very TV show. And she's not just in Equestria; She's at the start of it all, the very first episode. Knowing she can't afford to let the opportunity pass, she leaps into action, ready to join the adventure and help the Mane 6 along their journey!

Things rarely go so neatly, though, and before she can even meet Twilight, she runs into a pony who, by all accounts, shouldn't be there. Trixie is in Ponyville, and she can't believe what she's hearing. The story is just too unbelievable.

How could she be a villain?

Sucked into a reluctant alliance, Amanda—now a pony going by Starfall Sage—must try to steer Trixie towards a good ending, but as she'll discover, that's a lot easier said than done.

All Twilight Sparkle wanted was a nice teatime with Starswirl, her idol. And then Trixie Lulamoon had to show up, cast a spell, and rip yet another hole in space-time.

Even after her parents died when she was little, even after she was mugged in that alleyway in Manehattan, even after two humiliating defeats by Twilight Sparkle, even after seeing her greatest rival become an Alicorn Princess, and seeing her rival best her at almost everything and being so much Greater and more Powerful than her....the voice still persists. The feeling never faltering.

But why? What hope is there for Trixie Lulamoon? How could she ever be as Great and Powerful as Princess Twilight Sparkle?

However, on one fateful night, she is about to discover something about herself and her family that will change everything....

Lazy Pines is a small town in the high country of Colorado, easily overshadowed by the bigger sights to see along Colorado State 9. When influenza strikes the town hard, it is little more than a statistical blip in a typical flu season. No one thinks any more of it as the initial wave of infection passes ... until the other symptoms begin to manifest.

Meanwhile, during what should have been a routine trip to Canterlot, Twilight Sparkle stumbles upon a strange anomaly which turns into an all-consuming mystery. As she discovers the complex web of magic stubbornly maintaining this mystery's secrets, she grows worried what it could mean for herself and her family.

And as the residents of Lazy Pines struggle to understand -- or even believe -- what is happening to them, two worlds have irrevocably been set on a direct collision course.

Applejack and Rainbow are summoned by the Cutie Map to solve another friendship problem. But to their surprise, the problem lies on the other side of the portal to the human world.

Now, finding themselves as funny looking, two-legged, small-nosed, mostly hairless monkey people, the two are faced with some important questions:

Can they survive life in this brave new world? Will they discover what the friendship problem is? How long will they be stuck here? And just why do their human counterparts seem to not be getting along?

Rarity finds out the hard way when she asks Applejack and Rainbow Dash to write their own separate narratives for an enchanted comic book to give to Twilight on her birthday. But Instead of focusing on what Twilight would want, Applejack and Rainbow Dash are determined to out-write each other with literary pizazz. There're common problems in both mares' stories, and Rarity must find a way to fix them both... through Rainbow Dash and Applejack, if need be. After all, this is totally about Twilight... ... ... isn't it?
