Fanfiction Quality
All fanfictions submitted must be on the level of the “7th Element” series or spins-off in terms of quality of writing. This means that grammar, plot, character development, etc., must be at the same content quality level or relatively close. This is to encourage all writers to contribute the extent of their abilities since all submitted works will go through a pre-screening process before being accepted into the Group Stories proper.

Fanfiction Length
All fanfictions submitted must be a minimum of 3,000 words in length, with a maximum of 25,000. This is so that one-shot fictions are able to tell a cohesive story and are not so brief as to be unclear in any way. If a multi-chapter story is submitted, each chapter must be within 3,000-10,000 words in length. The only time the aforementioned rules may not apply is if the group is holding a contest.

Accepted Submissions
-All the usual ones accepted by FiMFiction.
-All submissions must have to do with the 7th Element in regards to the usage of the universe or characters. There will be two folders to which you may submit your story. The Character Cameo folder and the Universe Usage folder. The Character Cameo folder is for stories that do not necessarily take place in the universe of the 7th Element, but include OC’s (I.E. Ace or Lunar Eclipse) that made their first appearances in the 7th Element. The Universe Usage folder is for stories that take place in the world and universe of the 7th Element, but do not necessarily call upon the characters.

Unacceptable Submissions
-Straight-Up Clop (we’ll accept clop, but just no plain smut)
-Trollfics
-‘Stupid’ Fics (i.e. those with a blatant lack of effort)
-Any story which violates the FiMFiction rules of submission (obviously)

Art
Fan-art for the 7th Element series will also be accepted. All fan-art must be submitted to Robsa990 for approval before it can appear in the group. Art will appear in a group thread after approval.

290103 You do not "post it", per se... you submit it to the 7th Element Group e-maill address. From there, Henry, myself, and possibly Thunderhawk will look it over to see if it is of appropriate length, quality, etcetera. If you meet all the standards, your fic will be accepted into the group proper.

Submissions that involve alterations the 7th Element-verse are fine, so long as they do not change the core principles of the 'verse. Henry Anthony Courtler and I will decide whether the fic is acceptable once it is submitted.
That said, I encourage you to give it a shot. For the experience, if nothing else.
So if I wanted to do a short little story that would alter the 7th Element Universe would that be okay? Or would that be rejected? Just curious because I think a while back some1 wanted me to do an insert of my human SF Operator into the battle of Canterlot.
