There are probably some dragons or at least dragon like monsters in the game. Pokémon has dragons, Digimon has dragons. So I'm laying odds that Palworld had it's own dragons.

I can't say which ones are the dragons, but I can't be surprised by their presence. It's a near, if not certainty.
