Out of curiosity, why is there a no sing rule? I imagine it used to be part of griffin culture before the idol's disappearance and after the disappearance there no point in singing or have music their lives.

I remember one fic where a human and a team of griffins where aiding the equestrians in building railroad tracks into the Griffin kingdoms. The ponies all broke out into song and dance, while I quote "The griffins shook their heads and continued working. Exhausted with the antics of their neighbors."
