Sorry I took so long!:raritycry:

I'll just cover some of the key topics of both episodes.

So the monster in episode 7 got darkness out of people by using a rubber stamp on them. People it stamped lost all motivation to do anything, and if the monster hadn't been defeated, those people apparently would have even lost the motivation to keep breathing!:twilightoops:

And we also learned about the Berserk Buttons for Hikari and Wagon. For the team's shadow leader, one surefire way to get on his bad side is to break his kendama's string. Luckily, he always carries a spare, so repairing it and taking some time to cool off will allow him to calm down. For Wagon, no matter how much she acts like a ditz, if you call her stupid, she'll go on a strike, and won't get back to work unless her pay is increased.

And at the end of the episode, a sudden change in route was made, because they had detected the missing Diesel Ressha!

In episode 8, the monster was extremely clever. He pretended to go down in one hit, explosion and all, but instead of turning into a giant, he became a cloud of smoke...and the ToQgers bought the train close enough for some of the smoke to get inside!:facehoof:

However, Right had managed to find out from some kids where Diesel Ressha was before that, so he went to track it down. Good thing he did, too, because the monster, Bakuden (Bomb) Shadow had managed to sneak onto the train, in spite of the team looking all over it for any traces of his darkness. He planted a bomb on Tokatti and told Hikari, Mio, and Kagura that any one of three things could set the bomb off: Tokatti trying to move from where he was standing, trying to force the bomb off, or if Tokatti fell down. Did I mention he had also disabled the train's brakes? The only way to save him was for Hikari, Mio, and Kagura to hit a switch on the little monster's head!

And Diesel...it really had trouble starting up, because of how long it was away from the Rainbow Line. Only Right, with his powerful IMAGINATION, had any chance of reviving it. Once he did however, it was able to prove just why it's the most powerful Support Ressha.

With a bit of quick thinking, Hikari did a Transfer Change to Blue, confusion Bakuden Shadow long enough for Mio and Kagura to catch it and hit the switch. But it was already too late! They were about to crash, destroying the train and the town...except Diesel, with Right in the cockpit, came up. After he had passed them so he was behind them, Conductor changed lines so they were on the same line. After Diesel had backed up enough to link up with them, Right went full speed ahead, and just BARELY stopped the crash!

For a monster who would use such cowardly tactics, they didn't even use ToQ-Oh on his giant form! They just used lasers from the five main Ressha and missiles from Diesel, and away he went!

Afterwards, Diesel returned to where Right found him. But now he'll come if they ever need his power again!

3209601 Wow, that monster looks like it came the closest to defeat its enemies.

3209994 Here's the real kicker. Baron Nero, the Shadow Line commander who gave Bakuden Shadow his orders, never intended for him to beat the ToQgers. He was just a distraction while Baron Nero finished a new station for the Shadow Line. Now they might get the last bit of dark energy they need to summon the Emperor of Darkness!

3211693 Dang, it's a real shame we're missing out on this series. I still say Saban should give the "Alien Rangers" treatment at the very least. (Make them a secondary team recruited to take the place of the primary team while they go off in search of new powers.)
