Of course, his voice actor is none other than Ryūsei Nakao, the man who has been known to have voiced Frieza in Dragon Ball Z, Mayuri Kurotsuchi in Bleach, and Rain Seijin Agent Abrella in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger. Notice a trend here, anyone?
