Okay, according to a review I've seen of it, it seems at least some shipments of the Q-Rex Megazord toy, due to a loose joint, give the "drill tank" mode the illusion that it has...erectile dysfunction, as said joint keeps making the drill on its front droop.

In a sense, that could apply to the whole Super Megaforce series in a nutshell!
