Since tomorrow is mother's day, I decided to make a card of sorts. A Pinkie Pie-themed card.

Obviously not finished. Anyway, I wanted to write something in all that empty space and maybe do some sort of a background. I was thinking of maybe writing something like:

My name is Pinkie Pie
and I am here to say
I'm gonna make you smile because
today is mother's day!

Or does that sound stupid? And for the background, I was thinking of just doing a simple green and blue for the grass and the sky. They'd be really light, because my watercolors dry really lightly. (On the palette you see in the pic, the fourth one from the bottom is the color I'm using for the hair.)

So, what do you think?
