Based on her colors and appearance, I almost want to say Decibel the Hedgehog because she seems the type to really play her guitars loud at a concert and blow the roof off the place.

Going off your suggestion about being a guitars and concerts, the fact that she's a hedgehog with quills, and because I often think of Sonic music around the adventure era when I hear their music... how about Nails. It would be kinda awkward if she was placed next to Tails (probably more so with Nine), but her name derives from the band 'Nine Inch Nails', and that band can be loud enough to get Shadow to bob his head.
