Here's a thread for the creatures that inhabit Equestria. Same rule as the others, be respectful.

One creature is the thunderbird, distant relative of the phoenix with weather magic. They have heads resembling that of an eagle's, feathers of yellow and bright blue, and wings resembling bolts of lightning. They often have very electric personalities and are notorious pranksters. They can create thunder by flapping their wings and lightning by flashing their eyes.

One thunderbird, Joules, is the pet of Flash Sentry.
