So, here are the things I like and dislike.

Likes:

Mauville City has been totally redesigned.

The Move Tutors return, even if you can only get to them after you get access to the Battle Resort.

Some of the new Mega Evolutions are pretty dang awesome. Especially Mega Rayquaza.

Dislikes.

Some of the things just scream Trollfreak. In Verdanturf Town you get an Intriguing Stone that Mr. Stone reveals is Pidgeotite when you take it to him. But when can you find some Pidgeotto? After subduing the ancient Pokemon in the Cave of Origin!!!

And in a sharp contrast, the Lucarionite can only be obtained after beating all five Pokemon Super Contests at the Master Rank and then beating Lisia, while the Garchompite...tell me how realistic it sounds to be able to get 1,000 flags from other Super Secret Bases. Have any of you managed to even come close to getting that far?

Some of the Mega Evolutions, like Mega Audino and Mega Slowbro, either are practically useless or are just plain ugly.

I'm sure I'll think of more later, but that's all I can come up with for now.
