Ok here's my idea, it takes place after the events of omega ruby, with the male character (call him Omega) and he falls through one of the Hoopa rings used to capture legendary Pokemon and he lands in Equestria with his team starter Pokemon (whichever one you picked in the game) Groudon (with the ability to turn primal) Latios, Shiny Metagross (if you got it with the game) and the others are completely your choice. Eventually Omega turns evil by some magic and goes up against Equestria with Groudon and his other five Pokemon.
