I welcome you all to an ego trip through which you praise me all for being the greatest thing to ever happen in your lives! You then decline this and turn against me and begin destroying my reputation. I wouldn't blame you, honestly.

No backstory required, I just felt like an egotistical little shit today. Let's see what amazing things I can do for this Locke, eh? Take note that I've taken some inspiration from Shadylocke and I won't deny the similarities between this and shadypenguinn's own Locke. However, I've done my best to make sure Shadylocke and Kamlocke are two separate entities. Please enjoy nonetheless!

Rules & Info:
- If a Pokemon faints, it must either be released or put in storage.
- You may only capture the first Pokemon you find in any area.
- The Locke does not begin until you get your first Poke Balls.
- If all six of your Pokemon faint in a battle, it's game over.
- You must name your Pokemon after a SuperKamek follower. A follower here is a person who follows SuperKamek on either his blog site or on his deviantART page. This is to make people more aware of the awesome people that support SuperKamek on a daily basis.
- If a follower's name is too long or isn't to your liking, you can change it. For example, Final Fantasy Forever can be shortened to just Fantasy, or KarmamarK can be changed to just Karma. How you shorten them is up to you so long as you make them as close to the original name as possible.
- A system called the "K-ticket" system is in place. K tickets are similar to shady tokens with the major difference being they drive nearly the entire game. Using a Pokemon Center costs K-tickets, and purchasing items from a Pokemart costs K tickets as well. A full guide on how K-tickets work is available below the rules.
- Randomization is not allowed.
- You must have a "Partner Pokemon". This Pokemon can be any Pokemon on your team you so desire, not necessarily your starter Pokemon. However, should your partner Pokemon die you must either relinquish all of your K tickets or, for more hardcore players, consider the game to be over.
- If you choose the former penalty, you must choose another partner Pokemon so the rule can work once again.
- If you encounter a Shiny Pokemon in an area you have already captured another Pokemon, you are allowed to catch it. You are unable to use it in battle however.
- If available, Mega Evolution is allowed.
- If available, Z-moves are allowed. (Gen 7)
- If available, the EXP-Share in Gen 6 is not allowed.
- If available, Pokemon Amie is allowed.

The K-ticket System:
- The maximum amount of K-tickets you can have is 300.
- You begin all adventures with a default of 100 K-tickets. You can lower this number should you choose.
- Healing at a Pokemon Center costs 10 K-tickets.
- Buying any item from anywhere, including Pokemarts and vending machines, costs 5 K-tickets.
- Items given to you or collected items do not affect your K-ticket count.
- Defeating a trainer, including team grunts and admins, yields 1 K-ticket.
- Rematching and defeating a previously defeated trainer does not yield any K-tickets.
- Catching a wild Pokemon yields 2 K-tickets.
- Defeating a wild Pokemon does not yield any K-tickets.
- Defeating a Gym Leader or Kahuna (Gen 7) yields 30 K-tickets.
- Completing a island trial yields 10 K-tickets. (Gen 7)
- Defeating a team boss or rival yields 10 K-tickets. The rematch rule is not in effect here.
- Using an HM outside of battle costs 1 K-ticket.
- Using a Mega Evolution or Z-move (Gen7) costs 10 K-tickets.
- 30 K-tickets are required to enter the Elite Four rooms. If you don't have 30 K-tickets, it's game over.

I hope you all enjoy it! And if you're going to go through a game with my Locke, let me know; not because you need permission, hell you can do this anytime you want, but because I'm curious to see how well you do with these rules in place.

Until then, this is SuperKamek signing off!

5439733 Hmm... It seems interesting. But I feel like the No PokeCenter/Mart is a lot harder XD

I'll give it a try if I ever get bored.

This reminds me, I really want to write up an updated version of the Grunt Challenge. But that's me, haha.

Hahaha! Thanks for considering it!
The Grunt Challenge? What's that?

Basically, just complete the pokemon game with poison, bug, dark and ghost types. You also have normal types like Glameow, Rattata, Patrat, and... Lickitung?
(Others include Wobbufett, sandshrew, and Bronzor, if you want to be specific)

I run mine like a nuzlocke (not the catching part since you can only use grunt pokemon. just the fainted = death, and you can't recapture a species once it fainted)

It's basically beating the game with Pokemon that aren't the sharpest knife... in the place that you keep the knives.

Probably the hardest is BW2, probably since it's pretty difficult, since the pokemon you have won't be that good when you go up against Roxie. But yep, that's it pretty much.
