Why doesn't the pokedex show you what egg group a pokemon belongs to?
In universe, the pokedex is supposed to be the difinitive taxonomy resource, isn't it? And yet it tells you almost nothing of ingame value about the pokemon you catch. Like, who cares how tall a pokemon are? Most of those figures are completely ridiculous anyway.
Yeah, I played some Multiversus, and it was fine. I just haven't really been able to find a game I connect deep with. So instead, I've just been listening to music mostly on and off, let the vibes just carry me off.

This past few weeks, I decided to get into the two big fanfictions in this fandom: Past Sins and most recently, the titan that is Fallout: Equestria. Before reading this, I never really understood why this story had such a huge presence in our fandom. I had never played a Fallout game, so I used that as an excuse to not read it. I soon gave up on that idea, and like many others, began reading the epic.
Now, I can completely understand.
I know, I'm super late, and I know, I should've watched it literal ages ago. But I finally got around to finishing it off, and I don't think there's a combination of twenty-six letters that come together to make a word that can accurately describe how truly amazing it was. It was funny, it had heart, it was insanely smart. It was almost like there was a secondary show going on beneath the surface of the series. You had your goofy adventures, but a deep, intricate narrative under that.
I don't blog like I used to, so I figured I'd get back into it. I used to talk about things I liked and disliked, so let's do that with WWE's 2017 Royal Rumble pay-per-view. I was looking forward to Rumble for weeks, and I don't think I can say that I'm disappointed, not entirely. There were some hits and misses, and several points where I was genuinely baffled by WWE's actions.
No spoilers, but adding a cut anyway, just in case anybody of you still wish to go in totally blind.
Finally got through the MLP-FIM movie. It was interesting, though I saw more than a few reminders that this was indeed a younger person's show. That said though, it did leave, as many of you have noticed, several questions. Why was, after all this time, Twilight Sparkle still so unsure of herself in spite of everything she had experienced? Where the heck was Starlite Glimmer; Shining Armor; or even Flurry Heart? And what in the world happened to the Royal Guard?

Hey all. Good news, this isn't a post (completely) about voting. Just wanted to say I came home feeling immensely tired today. Like, sluggish to the extreme. You ever have those days of utter fatigue, even though you've done things at the same pace as normal? How do you perk up from such onsets?
So this one’s been on my list to write about ever since Jungle launched. Things have been … pretty busy, which is why it’s taken this long to get to it. But no matter where I’ve been, or what I’ve been doing, this topic has weighed on the back of my mind (even when sick, lol).
Having read the recent review by PresentPerfect of For However Long I'll admit that my first reaction was to get a little defensive about how I write Gilda, but I know that's a flaw of mine so I stopped and gave it some thought. I realised a few things about myself in doing so, specifically about how I write and my influences therein that I hadn't really consciously been aware of up until now.
Ever wonder how preferences came to be? At one point in humanity human beings were able to evolve the natural instinct from, "hey this taste good so it must be safe to eat." to, "This food doesn't taste spoiled but it doesn't taste good to me. Therefore I am not only not going to eat it now but I will never consume this particular food ever again in my life."

Everyone!! I have just seen Equestria Girls - Friendship Games, and I must say I loved it as much as I loved Rainbow Rocks, maybe even more then that, I was never a fan of the first because that one had problems that'd make the Nostalgia Critic chuck a fit.
I've been sitting here working on the next chapter, and occasionally going through the comments from the last one, and I must admit I am greatly, yet pleasantly surprised with how well it has been received. Because honestly to me the whole thing felt like it was going to bomb spectacularly.
