There is a show I want to share. I'm sure some of you are already aware of it, but I would like to spread both awareness of it, and encourage others to watch it. The show is called The Owl House. It's a 2D animated series by Disney. The main story is a quirky teen girl finds herself in a world of magic and monsters, where she wants to stay and learn real magic to be a witch. I heard this as 'Canterlot Cannibals' the first time and I was both relieved and disappointed to find out I'd misheard.

[Edit: No, listening to it several times I'm CERTAIN she said cannibals. And it IS in the restricted wing...]

And I have only three things to say:

1: Why have I never watched this show until now?

2: Mabel is my spirit animal... person.

3: My favourite episodes, before anyone asks, are The Deep End, Headhunters, Land Before Swine, The Inconveniencing, Fight Fighters, Summerween, Dreamscaperers and Gideon Rises.

This isn't a review. Spoilers are ahead. I'm really just gushing a bit here.

I must confess. I don't really care too much about season seven on the whole. However, I will firmly say that episode 13, Perfect Pear, stands out among the most important episodes of the series.

Overall, I loved this season- very consistent (there was only one that I disliked and even then I liked some of the characters in that Dash teaching cheer squad episode. Dash just felt way too harsh in that one to me.) The finale was really good and they pulled an Avengers Endgame moment so the sheer amazingness of seeing like every character ever was nice in some brief callbacks.
