In b4 Mane Six cutie marks are retconned through time shenanigans.
So, when Twilight, Spike and Starlight go back to Cloudsdale each time, it's as if the previous times they went back never happened. So what if Twilight decided to go back to after the rainboom?
Well that was a hell of a thing.
Hi guys,
This afternoon I've sat down and begun working at my first one shot fic. It's a little piece set just after Cutie Re-Mark I came up with when I asked myself the question, how did Starlight Glimmer get the better of Twilight and began exploring the scenario in my mind.
I was hoping to find a proof reader or two, get some feedback before I publish stuff.
If anypony is interested, just reply below or send me a message.
Thanks for reading
I hear people everywhere saying that Starlight was willing to go through her revenge even though she knows what'll happen to Equestria. But people seem to keep forgetting that Starlight outright calls what Twilight showed her bullshit (not literally, mind you). Starlight is not convinced at all that her intervention of the timeline actually brings the destruction of Equestria. Whether she doesn't believe Twilight out of spite or because she mistrust Twilight that much is not clear, though.
I did some soul-searching, and I realize the problem with The Mane Attraction is Coloratura. She's got Princess Cadence Syndrome. Here, let me show you what I mean.
A Canterlot Wedding
Me: "Hey, who's this Princess Cadence supposed to be? Why should I care about her?"
Show: "She's an alicorn princess!"
Me: "Um, excuse you, there are only two alicorn princesses, I do not want another. Also, she's a bitch."
Show: "That's not really her, though!"
Here are some thoughts on the Season Five finale that I wrote while watching, including my immediate reactions as the episode was ongoing and a summary of my reaction to the episode as a whole.
Spoilers below the break:
My comments on the season finale; spoilers below.
“Seriously, that’s it?” Sid asked.
“What do you mean?” Starlight replied.
“That’s your emotional scarring backstory?! That’s your great tragedy?! Starlight, I had at least some of my morality and sanity literally taken away from me by a horrible accident with one of my inventions, and you’re telling me that you just lost one friend that caused you to act like this? Really? That’s all you got?”
Since it's the season finale and all, I thought to postpone the usual week post until after the episodes aired. Mixing it up for all of you loyal followers!
So today, for the first time, I give you an episode summary in under a minute. Will I do more? Maybe if the fancy strikes me. This is a fanfiction site.
Obviously, spoilers below the break.
The finale got me thinking. IMHO, other than Twilight, Rainbow has always been the second-most important cast member. She's the one that's got an ongoing storyline with the Wonderbolts, along with Rarity and to a lesser extent Fluttershy, she's had some of the most significant character development of the six, she's the one of them most famous after Twi herself, and her human counterpart is given higher prominence than the other four.
Due to IRL commitments, I was forced to miss all the airings of the Season 5 finale. I only have basic cable, so I had to have my mother record it. Because her service is unreliable, her DVR only managed to record part 2. I have been hoping they'd air it again, but the folks in charge of programming seem to have been on a nostalgia trip since then, airing nothing but Season 1 episodes and G3 movies, with an occasional early Season 2 episode here and there. Having to dodge spoilers is getting
Starlight Glimmer returns to seek vengeance on Twilight and her friends and has acquired a spell that could change the past, present, and future of Equestria forever.
Princess Twilight's efforts to stop Starlight from altering the past continue, but she fears that they may be in vain.
Thought I might make early today since it's the finale! Is everybody suitably hyped?
Spoilers follow! A lot. Like, don't even look if you care about the episode and haven't watched it.
This will be my 200th story, so I want to make it somewhat slightly more decent than usual. So, I need a few editors to look over it. It's a joke story where Anon enters the Nightmare Moon's Timeline from The Cutie Re-Mark. The story is more or less done, just needs a few editors.
Anon Vs. The Nightmare Moon Timeline
So, I was really enjoying the season 5 finale right up until the ending. And that ending got me thinking, and that thinking got me kind of annoyed.
How in the hay is Starlight Glimmer able to use magic that is equal to Twilight? Twilight froze an entire battle, but she couldn't overcome one unicorn? And when she and Starlight fight they both run out of juice at the same time?
