You got me on the counterintuitive notion of a matchmaker trying to put together two friends she thinks are in love while said friends fight over the matchmaker. I bet anything somepony will comment on this and say it's really cliche, but I've never seen something like this before, sweet concept.
And then there's that thought-provoking introduction, that sucked me right in. Really, really nice job. This is a great start to this story, I can't wait to see another chapter! And everything after that!

I've...never understood the what people think Twilight might see in Dash as a romantic partner, and it's a vastly overdone ship. That being said, TwiJack seems to be an often overlooked pairing, and I can really see it working given their personalities
Either way, I'll keep track of this one to see where it goes....if it ever does. Whichever pony wins, you're off to a good start
