I just have one problem with this chapter. Twilight too easily accepts the assumption that human and pony body/brain chemistry is similar enough that effects and dosage would be the same.
The reason ponies don't know about weed could just have easily been because the plant is toxic to their physiology, much like chocolate is to dogs.
Other then that, it's amusing to see stoned ponies. I wonder how fluttershy would react to the high.
