I see what is going to happen, she going to get pregnant with Thunderlance baby, he is going to run away and Rarity figuring out that he is a jerk, then she try to get Spike back because she don't want to take care of the baby alone, but Spike give her the business about how she abandoned him for a guy she doesn't know.
then Spike start his conquest to make Harem with the Hottest mares in Equestria.

But I really hate this trope, when one constantly interrupts the other without giving them the chance to explain themselves. While easily done on paper or in a cartoon, it's actually highly unrealistic.

Well, first chapter and all that. While Rarity is not everyone's favorite, too often there are stories where she is portrayed as thoughtless or a total bitch. But its the easy way out.
I do see Rarity taking Spike as potentially territorial or dangerous- But he even helped Rarity get with Trenderhoof. Good luck with your other stories.

I'll try it, but please don't make things too random like Thunderlane. Rarity's also being a massive bitch, so please let her get her end. Honestly, I hate in when stories just make their characters not listen to other people and they jump into painful assumptions, for the sake of plot.
I'll keep reading, but try not to overdo the whole Rarity's terrible/Thunderlane's the asshole bit.
Rarity's portrayal in this ruined it for me. Can't see her being that STUPID at all, especially after all the affection she's shown Spike. I can't like this.

4095912 Oh, don't get me wrong. I'm sure that if she did something like that in the show, she would realize her mistake pretty soon and try to rectify it.
When I watch her, I can see a character that constantly struggles between selflessness, vanity and greed, and has very strange idea of generosity (I'm so generous that I'll make everyone a dress!). I dunno, I may be looking at her wrong, but I just don't like this type of character in particular. You know, the fabulous one.
But she does have a heavenly singing voice!
