Twilight Sparkle has gone to the Apple-iance Store to pick up her newest order of parts for her laboratory, and she's brought her Honesty Unit android Applejack along to help get all that cargo loaded. Once Applejack's job is done, however, she has a chance encounter with the store's owners, and it's one that opens the android's world up just a little bit more....

Well, this sure is an interessting Verse and a really good written story.^^
I expected her to be cold and unfriendly, like a...well, like a machine.

4485031 Apologies for the disappointment, but as I said, this is based on a pre-existing AU, and...well, that's not really how robots work in that 'verse. ^^; Still, I hope you managed to enjoy the story anyway. :)

FWIW, not all robots have to be unfriendly, so don't feel like my entire life fell to pieces when I read your fic.
I reasonably doubt that you were trying to frighten us, as well, so a cold, machine like AppleBot might not be a good fit for the story you're telling here.

Also, nice short story. The ASST setting is pretty new, so it's nice to see it getting expanded a bit. Still trying to decide if Applejack or Fluttershy is best robot.
