This was quite an enjoyable story, and my first reading involving Ditsy. ( and incest, now that I'm thinking about it.) Although, I don't have much to compare to involving Ditsy's different personality take, I enjoyed how you handled her here. The details were very nice, and the dialogue was also fun to read.
The only thing I noticed that seemed off, was a few spelling errors that were very minor compared to the positives of the story. Would love to see more work from ya.
You called her Ditzy Doo...? Ugh...(facepalm) Well, at least you gave a little nod to the name Derpy.
Yeah, I get it, her original name for the show was gonna be "Ditzy Doo", and that the Derpy part was just added as a little shout out to the bronies...but it is kinda what we all know her as. So, apologies for getting upset by this little detail, but, REALLY?!! WHY? WHY did you call her Ditzy Doo instead of Derpy?!
And do not tell me it is because you think the name is offensive or an insult or something like that, cause I will be forced to call "Bull" on that statement.
Sorry again, just a little defensive over Derpy. She is literally the only reason I originally joined the fandom, so anything that even slightly seems like something against Derpy unfortunately sets me off a little bit. Seriously though, if it had not been for that little animation error that gave birth to Derpy, events would NEVER have been set in play that would lead me to watching MLP. So, Derpy Hooves, touchy subject for me.
Now, given that I am over my rant, time to actually read the story, and ignore the "Ditzy" part, so I can enjoy this.
Well that was...peculiar...though given the forwarning in the description, I guess I should not be surprised. Though I was not expecting that detail to be the primary focus, I guess it was obvious that something like the foot thing would be the main detail of the story. Still, as stupid as it sounds, I am still a little caught of guard at how much footplay was present here.
Not really my thing, but I was curious as to how this story would go, so I kept reading.
Foot Fetish is not something I understand, nor would ever participate in, but I will not hold it against the people who do enjoy it. All in all, interesting story, creatively written, and kinda enjoyable (minus the Ditzy part). Not bad really.
Welp. You asked, so I guess I'll explain!
When I first watched the show, I always formed my own opinions and lifestyles on the background characters. (Who didn't?) With this fascination I actually went to Tumblr, where I found the Doctor/Ditzy ask pages, which portrayed her in a manner of being highly maternal, and though having her 'derp' condition, was very intelligent and even coy at times. I fell in love with the character, and since in the show her personality is not set, I try to include the Ditzy personality I know and love whenever I can.
Plus in the end, Derpy always sounded more like a nickname to me.
