Finally got around d to reading this and while I was at first going to say the pace of her friends thinking something was wrong so suddenly was way to fast the fact it was a dream negates that fact because dream logic.
Only real issue is that you didn't start a new paragraph whenever a new person started speaking so it was very hard to know who was saying what and kept taking me out of the story as I had to stop to figure it out.
Other then that it was a nice entertaining little story with an interesting idea.
