This story is a sequel to Visit to a Different Ponyville
After over 4,000 years of ruling Equestria, Supreme Commander Colgate has decided to step down and allow Scootaloo, her second in command, to take over. It isn't long after Scootaloo learns this that she begins to envision her own Equestria, once much different from Colgate's. For some, this is unacceptable.
Crossover of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and G3 MLP, both of which are owned by Hasbro
what da freak? so many chapters and it just came up? :O
7999154 I didn't publish the story for all to see until I finished the story. Unless it is something like "Celestia's Views" where each chapter has nothing to do with the others, I don't publish incomplete stories. I don't because I don't want comments changing what plans I have for the story.

There's a "k" missing at the ending of "too".
"N" is missing at the end of "the".
The "n" at the end of "the" isn't needed.
Does D.D.S. translate into Dentistry Doctor Specialist?
Scoots finally found where she truly belongs.

Actually it is needed. It is pointing out that Shining Armor was the commander before her and is pointing out that specific time period. Had I not intended it to be that way, I would not have inserted a word there at all. The only character that I ever specifically put the word "The" in front of is "The Dark Goddess Twilight Sparkle" to emphasize her importance. SA was simply Commander Shining Armor, he was no God or pony with enhanced powers.

When I was writing this chapter, particularly the end, I had the final moments of Lord of the Rings: Return of the King running through my mind. As Gandalf led Bilbo, Frodo and his friends towards the Grey Havens to set sail for the undying lands, Frodo's friends did not expect him to leave Middle Earth and head of with the elves, Gandalf and Bilbo. This was more of an opposite scenario, Scoots' friends were returning home while nopony knew that she was going to remain in Equestria until the very end.
That was a very moving moment of those movies and I wanted to incorporate something similar into the very end of this story, something where tears were shed but they were happy for one another.
