As a fellow Writer, I know that comments/reviews or whatnot on a story are something we love to have. so I figure, hey, leave my thoughts here for ya.
So far so good, the premise is nicely set, you're keeping the idea of memory loss well adjusted to someone without it spoiling their personality or how they think. Though some might say he should be frightened and screaming his head off, I think this is a much-appreciated change to that mentality trope, where he is more curious and eager than reserved and frightened. not to mention that everything is explained well and in line with what you are trying to portray. the only thing I can really say illudes me or makes me scratch my head is, why he absorbs magic. I'm sure you'll explain later, but so far I've understood near everything you've written. so keep up the good work

Thanks for the feedback man. As for the not being frightened and screaming his head off, I don't see why he would be. The idea is that he's child like because he doesn't have memories that matured him. And with that in mind, aren't children always curious and excitable? As for the absorbing magic, you'd be right. It will be explained later : 3... Hopefully.
What's a man without his memories'? Are they even the same person without them? That's some philosophical shit right there. Came for the premise, stayed for the story. I approve.
