Spoiled Rich has been a foal for six months and has been kicked out of daycare. Now her only hope is her duaghter Diamond Tiara to turn her into a good filly or Filthy Rich will have to send the bratty filly to boarding school.

Yay! Another exciting tale in your series! This chapter certainly does the job of grabbing interest as it frames Spoiled Milk's mannerisms as being just as awful as a foal as they were as a mare.
What really makes it work here is the pacing. Everything flowed very naturally as we got a real glimpse inside the mind of a very canon-like Spoiled Rich. All that is here sets us up perfectly for the rest of the tale as the conflict that is to be overcome is very well established with key players and situations being well noted.
Excellent start! I also think it is adorable to think of a little foal in glasses. I had never thought of such a thing but it's uber cute! Especially when you know that little ones are very hit-and-miss on wanting to keep their glasses on. Makes for fun thoughts on how that young colt has been handling having to wear and care for such an accessory. Mom and dad have, no doubt, needing to buy multiple pairs with scratch-proof lenses and those flexible frames. Glasses are no match for little ones.
Spoiled gets a second chance, and she just throws it right back in the face of the pony she needs to prove herself to. She's got a long road ahead of her.
Just drop her off in the middle of the Everfree forest and let nature do the rest. No pony would would blame you.

The story is certainly moving along nicely. It's great to see a reformed Diamond Tiara getting so into 'helping' her mother learn the power of friendship that she had learned herself from the CMC.
The scene with Spoiled getting into eating the sugar was great. Great mental visuals as you know that feeling of just getting into a rhythm that keeps you from doing anything else. Spoiled definitely got a 'natural consequence' from it but it was cute thinking of how hyper she might get from sweetening her sour self.
I wonder if Filthy knew about Spoiled's behaviors when he married her? Perhaps he thought he could get her to see things differently but was sad to see her mannerisms only got worse with time?

8648818 I think that's one way of looking at it. When Spoiled was just his finacee, she at least could "pretend" to be nice and even seemed genuinely concerned when she thought Granny Smith was sick. But in her present state, she seems to care less about anyone but herself.
If Spoiled ruins the Pound and Pumpkin's Birthday, she can always be shot out of Pinkie's party canon.

Ah! Flower Petal returns! This will certainly make this new daycare program a challenge for Spoiled Rich. What makes it doubly difficult is that Flower Petal is just as stubborn as Spoiled. Their similar personalities will make making a better pony out of Spoiled much harder.

Hmm. I was getting suspicious of Soft Gem the moment she mentioned having worked with Nayy DeFoal. There's certainly a lot moreto her. There's also, to me, a lot more to Flower Petal than first thought, too... :)
I like seeing how the CMC have to still remember some of their manners. It will be interesting to see if they come back for Spoiled Rich's sake or get out before anything more odd could possibly happen to them?

Ooh! Seems Spoiled and Flowey are starting to get along. It really was only a matter of time but the progression of it is nice. The situation was certainly set for both to either get into a super big battle or start learning to work together. Now the question is what Soft Gem truly has them working together on? :)
Eep! Soft Gem has enchanted artifacts, too? This certainly could lead to a number of possibilities as to who she really is along with her intentions. Perhaps she is a relative of Nanny DeFoal? Definitely much to think on.

More magical artifacts? It's getting really hard to not see Soft Gem as having either a direct relationship with Nanny DeFoal, being Nanny DeFoal, or perhaps one of a group of ponies who have a certain 'gift' for using youth as a way of making right wrongs that might otherwise be too ingrained as a result of adulthood.
Favorite part was Scootaloo and The Dress of Responsibility. I could see her face all grumpy as she did all she could to not be seen in such a thing. She's definitely out of her element in this supporting role to Diamond Tiara and her mom. At least Dashie hasn't seen her foalin' around... yet.

Well, I'm sure those Canterlot uppercrusts would think twice before disrespecting the regressed wife of Filthy Rich. And if not, well, some of Rarity's high society business associates could probably set those uppercrusts straight.
D'aww. Scoots likes what the dress becomes at night. Every tough pony has a soft side and scootaloo is showing hers. Perhaps it makes her remember back to when her parents were around more and not always traveling for work? Her Aunts are really nice but Scoot has certainly a few things going on her life that may want her to feel 'little' for comfort when her mind isn't focused on being like Rainbow Dash.
I'm eager to see what else we learn about Flower Petal in coming chapters. I've got a feeling, just like soft Gem, there is more to her.
Great progression on Spoiled Rich's attitude. She gets more friendly and considerate with each passing chapter. She's on track to truly becoming a better mare. :)
Nanny De'Foal has turned even ponies Spoiled knew into foals? I wonder what she'd think if she got a chance to see more of how much Spoiled has changed?

Awesome! Lots of ground covered in this chapter. We now know what Nanny DeFoal has been up to while getting more insight on Soft Gem and how she came into running a school for fillies in Ponyville. Maybe they're related? Or perhaps Soft Gem could even be an 'alumni' of Nanny DeFoal's?
Having Spoiled get to see her progress through Twinkle Star and Goldie Locks' poor behavior was great. Her progression in being a better pony, along with better mother, is certainly moving along nicely. The fact she is understanding she hasn't been a good mom is bonus on top of improving her overall self.
Here's to the next part of the adventure!

What if Flower Petal is actually a mare turned into a foal?!
Nice way to wrap up a story of redemption. The highlights are certainly Spoiled Rich learning to be a kinder pony while not looking down on others as a result of her status. Her interactions with Flower Petal were wonderful and became a true friendship that could make a non-regressed Spoiled want to be friends with Flower Petal's family. She'll also be so much better at not judging books by their covers after seeing how Fleur and Fancy were happy to be a part of caring for foals.
I have a feeling this will not be the last we've seen of nanny DeFoal. There are still some potential questions to be answered. Soft Gem 'knows her' and her 'methods'. Could Nanny DeFoal know other 'associates'? How did she become such a figure in rehabilitation? Definitely room to grow with her and what she does. Perhaps even why she does it and how she got started? :)

Spoiled Rich and Flower Petal are lucky that Goldilocks and Twinkle Star only tricked them into drinking the Super Soaker potion. I can't imagine what would happen if they put laxatives in their drinks.
