I was the First reader!!!! I was also the first like, comment, and first to say house 1. You know that Fluttershy is just too timid to argue too much with Rainbow, and in all honesty, she'll probably find it a lot more fun to make a garden from scratch. I also entered the shed. It was scary.

Option 2. They would easily have enough money left in the budget to fix the problems with the basement and maybe design better ways for the animals to enter and leave the house without letting in the elements. With the fixes, Dash could then have her basement gym.
Option 3, definitely the best one.
