Interesting idea. I hope Sunny and her friends will be rightfully appalled at how Cozy was treated should they ever find out about it. I do find Izzy so casually letting Cozy, or I guess Twinkle smoke to be odd.

Twinkle might have an inkling of who she really is, but she's not liking it. Who will win in this personality exchange? Twinkle or Cozy?

Izzy and Twinkle are best friends now. Cozy wanted her to get more friends, and Twinkle will, but for good reasons.
And Cozy is getting real mad, and probably desperate that she can't influence her new self more directly, as Izzy's huge(?) are keeping her at bay like a bad nightmare.
I enjoyed that chapter as well, her Cozy Glow tendencies are showing even more which shows character developement and I love the progress in her relationship with Izzy. Even though I wouldve enjoyed a bit more things about her time with Hitch. The end was intense as you said before but I think her reaction fits very well into her character and I just love that you called her angry pink missile
