I actually don't know anything about D&D, but this was still a nice read! But of course, anything with Sombra & Starlight bonding is bound to make me happy.
And it's okay if it feels unfinished! My own story was somewhat the same, I feel like, and I also did more than one Secret Santa this year. It's still very good and sweet.

I see someone is a fan of Critical Role. This is a nice story and it could make an interesting anthology series if it where continued.
I enjoy this concept very much. The interactions of all the characters feel perfectly natural, and Sombra being a DM for O&O while subsequently making friends with Pharynx the tsunderebug, Spike the dragon, and Starlight the awkward? Yep, very nice. Much enjoyed!
