Though for all we know she took the precautions before even approaching Anon after witnessing the dreams the fillies were having . (off-screen) so unless the author either confirms or denies that Luna is or isn't pregnant will tell us she cast the necessary spells of contraceptives in a later chapter. We can only guess or hope the she is pregnant
