Celestia showing up unannounced is still normal. Mostly.

Celestia bursting through the wall Kool-Aid man style is most certainly abnormal. Or at least, it was the first three or so times.

Celestia using her horn as a drill while violently spinning her body to rotate said "drill" to do the drilling is very, very abnormal.

Celestia popping out of your refrigerator and saying she's gonna "hyuck you up" is...
