I'm probably giving away part of what I hoping to keep as a surprise, but actually, the two stories will tie in with each other, and the OC ponies actually will meet Discord, in all his alicorn glory. Vidhwansak is just writing out a fictional version of the events that happened. (Of course, I gotta progress the story up to that point.)

I don't exactly want to place an exact date, since I'm not so good with time, but about...Oh, say 3,000 years? The need for this massive time-leap will be made apparent in the next two chapters (And the end of the OC chapters as well, for the most part).
So let me get this strait - the alternate universe in the story within the story is the actual universe but the author of that story that said the actual universe is is a alternate universe doesn't know that she was writing real time events taking place in her universe correct? My brain hurts. That aside I enjoyed it immensely and please continue to put out these quality chapters.

I'm likeing this story thusfar. Its an interesting idea and I think I'm going to love seeing it unfold.

I understand how you feel, self-insertion isn't really something I enjoy finding in stories, yet, I just found it to be appropriate for this story, well, in some instances. It's nice to know that you'll like it regardless!
On another note, I must say that I was quite close to canceling this story; for now, it'll be put on hiatus until further notice (When another chapter gets released, hopefully sometime by the end of this month.), sorry!
