Interesting concept. Gonna keep an eye on this one. May I offer a bit of advice though.
If the other LoL champions are going to be major characters within this story it may impose a bit of a problem to non-LoL players, as you seem to introduce all of the void characters at once here. It's not a problem, as long as they're not major characters, which would cause complications. When reading a story, the reader likes to know the characters, and any non-LoL characters will feel empty to them. But that's pretty much a given when writing a crossover.
I did notice one capitalization error.
But otherwise this gets my thumb. I'm gonna hold my star until I see how this goes but good job so far.
Also, I really enjoyed the light humor by Kog'maw identifying everything as food and then using that term to identify it in non-dialogue paragraphs. As long as that doesn't become repetitive and you use other descriptive words and elements to describe your setting, you should be fine.

You know, although I've lost ALL inspiration the day after I posted the first half, I'm going to give myself a tough challenge:
I WILL try to finish this fic tonight, I am bone-tired, will probably get chewd out by my parants for coming home waaaaay too late and I need to START on the second chapter.
But it's kinda embarrassing that I haven't even tried to finish this, so for you, I will do my absolute best.

Kog'Maw is hilarious. I especially like how, at the beginning, anyway, he referred to everything as 'something-Food'. Totally fits him, too.
