Why is this user still banned? Clearly the plagiarism was an act of framing, but based on my experience, I doubt the mods give a shit, and Smitty is too small of a writer for them to care about. Quite unfortunate.

2257930 So contact one of the mods and see if they can help. I apologize if I'm not being very helpful, but I don't have all the details myself and it's not my place to argue on Smitty's behalf. For all I know, he could've intentionally done it and what he's told me is a lie (I don't think it is, but as I've said before it's his word against whoever flagged his account).
