I don't know the exact name of it, but was a CYOA where you have to end up having to fight Discord's shadow in some storyline branches, and possibly have Luna or Celestia give up their alicorn powers.

Most of the stories I've favorited have mysteriously "disappeared" and now I'm not sure how to get them back :-/
