Anyways… . Any ideas on how to get more, or even better sleep? I’m begging you! I haven’t been able to sleep until literally the crack of dawn… . And I think I’m starting to lose it!

So again, if I’m acting out, then that’s why… . But in all seriousness, I’m making this blog because I literally need help with sleep.

Any ideas or methods? I’m all ears.
