How my OC wins when he doesn't simply give a shit.

It only has six chapters out. This is from chapter 2. I've been in her shoes. She has only been in this for six months so she hasn't lost her figure too badly. Yet. Plus she is so depressed that she doesn't eat until the hunger pains are too much to bare. Realistically she would loose boob and butt size by month 8.
