After getting wind of the Embodiment of Time's machinations regarding certain adorable big-eyed demigod, Discord decides to pay Bezel a visit. Bezel is certain that nothing can stop the prophecy from coming to pass, not even the Magic of Friendship. But Discord is certain that Friendship is stronger than Bezel thinks, and that there is still one last chaotic spanner in the works to disrupt the prophecy.

The Crystal Empire has cut all ties with Equestria as a result of the banishment of Princess Twilight. The retired Royal Sisters speak the Crystal Empire's royal family. The Crystal Empire's royal family speak to a lost family member. And Discord speaks to someone else.

This story is a sequel to The Future Belongs to Our Generation!

Princess Twilight Sparkle has been banished into the twilight. Opaline Arcana has been imprisoned in Tartarus. The age of alicorn rule has ended. Now, Guard Captain Gallus must address the citizens of Equestria and inform them of the new dynasty that awaits them.

Princess Twilight has come up with what she believes to be the perfect plan to protect the future from Opaline. She will seal all of Equestria's magic in the Unity Crystals, and all of the dragons' magic in the Dragonstone.
Princess Twilight is sure that the future is hers to protect, and she is certain that this is the only way to do so.
Captain Gallus strongly disagrees on both counts.

When Angel comes across a rather large carrot growing all by itself, he at first believes that he has really lucked out. However, upon getting his paws upon the carrot, Angel would end up unleashing a tidal wave of bad luck that would put him through far more than his paces.
