Twilight Sparkle, a young aspiring writer, embarks on a journey to pen her first novel. Fueled by boundless creativity, she finds himself immersed in a world of possibilities. However, as she delves into the intricate details of her story, Twilight becomes paralyzed by overthinking. The paths that her narrative could take overwhelm her, consuming her mind and pushing her to question every word and plot twist to be perfect to please the readers. In this struggle between creativity and self-doubt, Twilight must navigate the maze of her imagination to find the courage to let her story unfold. Will she conquer the daunting realm of her thoughts and bring her book to life, or will the weight of endless possibilities shroud her literacy dreams?

Ten years is a long time, so Sunset Shimmer thinks. Ten years since she was last a pony. Ten years since she started her life anew as a citizen of Canterlot City. Ten years since making a group of wonderful friends. Ten years of absence from Equestria.

She's perfectly fine with that absence continuing for many years to come.

Twilight Sparkle doesn't appreciate Sunset's reluctance to talk about the past. She's been studying the strange activities surrounding Shimmer since they were teenagers, and has only found further questions. But a murder with ties to Equestria gives Twilight the chance to learn the truth about magic. To stop a terrible enemy from rising again, they must both journey through the mirror. Enlightenment is at Twilight's fingertips.

After the whole mess with Midnight Sparkle, Cinch gets some well deserved comeuppance. But after seeing her get hers, Twilight begins to wonder why she should have got off so easy while her principal gets all the blame.

Tonight was the night that, finally, Sunset Shimmer was gonna do what she has been waiting to do for a long time: ask Twilight Sparkle out! Luckily for her, she has friends that can help guide her through the process, so now, nothing can possibly go wrong!

Twilight Sparkle is the top student of Crystal Prep... but she does not like being there. Everyone is always trying to one up each other and no one wants to be friends.

The only person who shows her any care is her sister-in-law, Dean Cadance, now that her brother is long since gone from the school and the only real friend she has there is her dog, Spike.

Thankfully, something odd has been occurring not too far from Crystal Prep's rival school, Canterlot High, that has been keeping her mind off those sad parts of her life. She has been noticing some very weird reports and energy readings from there.

However, her research into the odd events come to both a grinding halt and something rapidly advance when, late one night, she finds a box on her house's front doorstep and, inside the box, is little purple pony with a horn and wings. Unbeknownst to her, it's her Pony Counterpart, Princess Twilight Sparkle.

Only there's one small problem: She's a baby, a PONY baby and now Twilight finds herself taking care of a foal with powers that make her shudder. No matter how bad tempered a baby her brother tells her she was, this foal eclipses her tantrums but dimensions.

Fun fact: I actually came up with this idea shortly after Friendship Games, not Ail-icorn.

Spike felt so overworked and in desperate need of a vacation. With him and Twilight making return trips back and forth through the portal to the other world of their doubles, he comes up with a plan that he is sure will give him a few days off. His plan was simple, swap places with his dog counterpart. Assuming they can keep up the act, what could possibly go wrong?

The pursuit of science sometimes requires sacrifice. Other times it involves doing something incredibly risky but very rewarding. This time...is somewhere in the middle.

This story takes place within my FiM/Equestria Girls stories and makes subtle references to them. The basic thing is there will be pairings already paired up so don't be surprised.
