It's stayed fairly intact for the most part. The only thing really 'lost' are the sections that are Bold, underlined,

Actually DA's mandatory HTML system is what annoyed me. Don't get me wrong, DA i still a good sight, but I just wish they used a different format.
The formatting needs a bunch of work. every time a new character speaks it needs to be a new paragraph. It's hard to know who is talking when it's all in one paragraph.
Dialogue separation. That's pretty much all I can say for this one.. Typically in longer stories, if you're jumbling together character quotes, even if they're for the same scene, don't be afraid to end a paragraph and start the next one with a quote. It'll make the overall story much easier to read. Heh.. I should know plenty of that one.. when I was first starting out, about 2 years almost 3 ago. My first chapter I didn't separate dialogues and i took some criticism.
Oh! trivia time!: Rarity, along with Princess Luna and a few other maybe unnamed ponies, is voiced by Tabitha St Germain. Said voice actress has also filled many roles, from main characters to side ones.. One in particular I think is my favorite, or up there.. The original (Geneon) dub for Shakugan no Shana, she plays the main character Shana.... The whole first season was dubbed by Geneon using voices from the Ocean Productions Group, same group that did Inuyasha.. FUNimation took over the dubbing for the second season on, but they never redubbed that season..

It's not really 'dark' Well not enough to warrant having the tag. There are a few moments where it does go 'dark,' but a majority of this is rather light hearted. If that makes any sense.

The trivia was interesting, but ugh! the samples you provided make my ears bleed. I watched 2/3 of the seasons of that show when it was being shown in Japan. Plus this dub is just bad.
Also, as intresing as it is. I usually never look what roles a VA does. Unless they use same voice for more then one roll. Like when Tara Strong used her Twilight voice in Lollipop Chainsaw.

Try the FUNimation dub? I watched a few clips of the japanese audio, found it rather peculiar that Shana was voiced by Kugimiya Rie, even though she isn't particularly a "Tsundere" like the other characters she's voiced with that personality.. I notice one thing in particular after checking on the cast in the MLP cartoon, almost half of the voice cast have worked in dubbing anime for the Ocean Group

Can't say I disagree with you there.. Though I do think there are some exceptions.. like I used to watch Sonic X in the english dub when I was younger.. didn't seem to mind, but when I switched to japanese, 100% improvement.. I'll admit if I'm looking at an anime to watch I'll check if there's an english dub or not first then look at who's doing the dubbing.. If FUNimation, Ocean/Geneon had a hand in it, I'll give it consideration to the dub, otherwise, or if I found a japanese voice actress I recognize such as Kugimiya Rie or Mizuki Nana the Japanese side gets a vote

Seriously hoping sonic doesn't get paired with Twilight. It would make most sense to be paired with Dash, Considering the two have almost the same personality and interests.

Okay, now this is going in the right direction, I think if Sonic was Shipped with twilight it would be a huge mistake. Clearly Twilight is a more popular pony, but people don't fall in love with someone they have nothing in common with. However Dash has almost everything in common with sonic.

True that Sonic and Twilight Sparkle don't have much alike.. in fact it could be argued that they are total opposites to one another.. However... in some cases, opposites attract... I'd argue the case more but I don't really consider myself much of a relationship guru
