This story is a sequel to Rifts

In response to the unicorns and pegasi destroying the crops the earth ponies grow, the earth ponies run both tribes out of towns around Equestria. Ponyville is no exception to this except for one earth mare who refuses to give up her unicorn daughter.

(Takes place during Rifts. This is the earth pony POV, not a sequel.)

While playing with her favorite toy train, it accidentally falls down the stairs and her sister steps on it, destroying it. Dinky gets really angry at that and says some things both she and her sister regret.

Assuming it was a normal day, Lyra went to the market to get her groceries. All day she either got ignored, disrespected or had to pay upraised prices. And the worst part of her day hasn't even came to pass yet.

After having put up with Cinch for most of their high school life, Indigo and her friends decide to follow Twilight and go to CHS. They get a less than warm reception and have to earn their schools trust.

Twilight gets alerted to a friendship problem in Canterlot. She isn't all that surprised when she finds out who it is. Unfortunately for her, Tempest isn't in the mood for reconciliation with a certain two ponies.

Having dated Pinkie for four years now, Sunset wonders if now is the time to take the next step in their relationship: marriage. First things first, is getting her sisters permissions.

After dating Pinkie for eight months, it's Christmas time. The snow has fallen, the town is full cheer and the students are eager to get out of school for two whole weeks. Everyone should be happy, especially Pinkie because it's her favorite time of the year. Why is she being so mysterious?

At a sleep over with her fellow Rainbooms, Pinkie decides to tell Sunset her feelings. She has absolutely no idea if Sunset will reciprocate or not, but she's gonna find out.

Takes place after Sunsets Backstage Pass(I think that's the name, been a while since I watched it.)
