Unchanging Truths and Spring Break · 3:10am Mar 19th, 2023
Okay... time to spend my days wisely. I will not game over the break every day. I'm going to write. I'm gonna write so hard!
Lock that attention down and lets do this!
The 2022-23 school year is wrapping up and I've got two weeks to make some good progress on writing before the new year starts. I keep thinking I'm being unproductive, but that's just because I'm bouncing back and forth between these two fics now that I look at the release date. I got this one turned around in 10 days after publishing the most recent chapter of Electro Swing. What is likely going to happen is I'll write Unchanging Truths 16 before going back because I'm already 2K words into the next chapter. I was starting to lose focus on 15 and cut it off where it ends now while expanding a few points I was glossing over in the original draft. I was doing too much at once, but that just means I get to utilize the words meant for 15 there instead. I wanted this little Manehattan trip to be only 3 chapters, but it looks like it'll be at least 4. Goody. Word count creep is coming for me again.
So this week has 3 work days and 2 days off. Then I'm done until April. Let's see if I can get another chapter or two knocked out in that time.
