After the Mutagen Bomb, the world was wiped out, leaving the turtles and the Rainbooms separated from each other. Now they must fight to survive in the apocalyptic wasteland from the threat of warring mutant gangs all while trying to find the only place left in the world that has any life to it.

I have an idea for Spike: When the M-Bomb reached Canterlot City, it turned him into a werewolf mutant like his Equestrian counterpart and it affected his mind like Raph. During the crisis, he was separated from Twilight and was knocked out, one he woke up, he only found a barren and torn city with only pure animal instincts driving him. He found a pack of fellow canine mutants and became their alpha.

Another idea is that the M-Bomb changed his entire being, when he's angry he's similar to that of his werewolf mutant form but when he starts to calm down he reverts to a human form with canine features.

KO awesome chapter, well it was a tough battle for Raph but managed to win the battle and became ruler to both clans but their troubles are not over yet as now they will face the terror of the desert: Maximus Kong!
KO awesome final chapter, Leo has finally come back to the group fully bringing them all together again like in their younger days and and are proud to be together now. Nice ending that it was all a comic made by Sunset herself.

haha I like that ending. While I liked the Mutant Apocalypse story it made for a rather crummy finale though it works better as one than the Bebop and Rocksteady story. I've heard there's gonna be a new Turtle series but apparently it will be less serious than the 2012 one which has me a little nervous.
But anyways good story.
