A small holiday release break for "The Sky is Gone"..... · 3:33am Dec 26th, 2022
I hate to do this, but, "The Sky is Gone" will go on a small, two day release break for the holidays, both here and on my Patreon. I still wanted to update" The Sky is Gone" on the Hearth's Warming holidays, because I relaunched my Patreon account only a few days ago and have only just started with the new reward tier, but I am suddenly feeling the last four days.
The reason for this break is, simply, exhaustion. I was extremely tired yesterday already, but there was so much to do, so many tasks that gave me little goals to achieve during the entire day (I have A LOT of Hearth's Warming Eve traditions and I'm a stickler for meeting them each year, no matter how long I have to stay awake until everything is done and I actually was awake until 11 AM today) and that made me ambitious and let me stick through it all. Before that, there were three consecutive days of Hearth's Warming shopping and before that was the hard work of optimizing my Patreon and my Ko-fi account before the relaunch. Today, everything calms down, there is much less to do and a lesser number of goals to focus on, and I think that chill makes my body shut down.
So, as opposed to my previous intentions, "The Sky is Gone" will go on a small holiday release break today and tomorrow. I'll bring the releases back on the 27th. I am going to catch some more sleep now.
