It is No Longer Here... · 2:23am Jan 19th, 2023
Fimfiction’s moderators have since deemed "The Writing of The Bonds of Love" inadmissible due to it not being a traditional story. As such, they have denied it public viewing.
I am currently working on a solution that will allow you guys to access the roughly 200k+ words of content I've promised for over a year and half. I’m sorry for this entire debacle, and for inadvertently being forced to break my promised released date for this project.
Hopefully, I will be able to resolve this matter sooner rather than later.
Oh man, that's gotta be frustrating. That's a lot of work to have it be brushed aside... Though, I suppose what you could do is ask if you could have it in The Bonds of Love itself as Extra Chapters? That way it's not its own separate entry that could be considered non-traditional. The added benefit is that it would increase the story's exposure post-completion. Though I'd play it safe and ask first.
Either way, I'll be sure to catch it once I'm done with the story, in whatever format or form you give to us.
If you do publish the doc off-site, you could release a blog alongside each chapter. That way your followers would be notified with updates on fimfic for your doc hosted off fimfic
I'm sorry to hear that.

It's okay; I'm managing well enough.

I am indeed considering making the thing a Google Doc and informing everyone of it, alongside finishing the "Writing of..." on this site, but leaving it unpublished and simply making the unpublished viewing password public -- I intend to double-check with them on the matter, but the moderator I talked to did say that should be okay.

Unfortunately, the moderator clarified that couldn't be done either. To quote them:
Nevertheless, I thank you all for your support regarding this matter. I greatly appreciate it, and I promise the "Writing of..." will be accessible. Just? Not how I intended it to be.

An option could be publishing it in DeviantArt in PDF format. I think that way it should attract more readers than, for example, sharing a link to a Google Docs, Microsoft Word or Apple Pages document. Then, you could put a link to that PDF document in a new blogpost, in the description of The Bonds of Love, in your Twitter account, etc. Just an idea.
